30 oz. Bag Frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes (or 4 cups frozen "Steamers")

For maximum deliciousness, do this:
What you'll need: one 30 oz. bag of frozen cubed hash brown potatoes and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened.
Thaw your Starter Kit. Add the frozen potatoes, Starter Kit and 4 cups of water to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6
hours or on high for 2-4 hours, or until potatoes are falling apart. Use the back of a spoon to mash at least half of the potatoes or use an immersion blender to blend the soup mix until it's smooth. Add the softened cream cheese, cover and allow it to melt before stirring it into the soup, about 15 minutes.
Season to taste.
Other suggestions: Garnish your soup with bacon bits, sour
cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions to make a loaded baked potato soup.
